They&#39;ll keep inventing one DRM encumbered format after &lt;br&gt; the other, because there&#39;s nothing forcing them to abandon this silly quest. &lt;br&gt; That is, unless we, the customers, explain to them, in law, that we don&#39;t &lt;br&gt; like this kind of stuff, that we think we&#39;d have better, cheaper and more &lt;br&gt; versataile content without it, and that we won&#39;t tollerate silly ideologies

  Just in case you missed my point: they apparently think it&#39;s a good &lt;br&gt; idea to market their stuff as being DRM-free. To me, that means that a &lt;br&gt; lot of their customers are aware of what DRM is and why they should &lt;br&gt; reject it.
