  I&#39;ve noticed that with Time Warner here. I have both Directv and TW, &lt;br&gt; and I&#39;ve never seen the artifacts on Directv. See them all the time &lt;br&gt; on cable. I only keep it around because they offer some channels in HD &lt;br&gt; that are not available in HD on Directv, such as msnbc and amc, maybe &lt;br&gt; others.
